PAYMENT AND BOOKING DETAILS

The Deposit does not form part of the booking fee. The £200 will be refunded to you upon your departure from Trevose or Pentire, subject to the Terms and Conditions attached.

Upon receipt of your Booking Form, Deposit and initial part-payment, I will telephone/email you straight away to confirm your booking and issue you with a Booking Number. Thereafter, I will send you an Invoice. This will need to be returned to me with the balance of the due rental payment 60 days prior to your stay. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details of cancellation. You are strongly advised to take out your own holiday insurance to cover cancellation.

Terms and Conditions of Rental

1. BOOKINGS
Bookings on Trevose and Pentire are accepted by us subject to availability. Bookings can be confirmed by sending a completed Booking Form together with payment of a Security Deposit of £200 plus one third of the total Rent if the Booking is made more than 60 days before the start of the holiday. If the Booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the holiday, the full Rent and Deposit are due at the time of the Booking.

2. SECURITY DEPOSIT
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a Booking and, in this event, all fees paid will be immediately refunded. The security Deposit of £200 will be returned at the end of your stay providing the property is left in a clean and tidy condition with no damages or breakages.

3. PAYMENT
Once the Booking is received and accepted you are liable for full payment of the Rent 60 days before the start of the holiday. Non-payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and we may re-let the property without reference to you who remain liable for payment of the full amount. Credit will be given for any rent received as a result of re-letting, less our expenses.

4. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS/INSURANCE
If you cancel your Booking for any reason whatsoever you will remain liable for the full amount paid or due. We will try and re-let the property. If we do, we will refund the rent less any shortfall from the re-letting and an administration charge of £50. You are strongly advised to take out your own holiday insurance to cover cancellation.
If, for any reason, beyond our control, the property is not available on the date booked, all monies paid in advance by you will be refunded in full, but you shall have no further claim against us.

5. DAMAGES
Under no circumstances may people other than those specified on the Booking Form occupy the property. You agree to take good care of the property and to pay the full cost of any damage or breakages and any exceptional cleaning and this liability is not limited to the amount of any Security Deposit held by us. You will leave the property and its contents in a clean and tidy condition prior to vacating the property. You will not cause any annoyance or become a nuisance to tenants or occupants of adjoining premises. Under no circumstances are pets allowed to stay at the property.

6. LETTING TIMES
Lettings are for a minimum of one week during the high season and a maximum of four weeks. Lettings commence at 3.00 pm on the first day of tenancy and end at 10.00am on the day of departure unless notified otherwise. The period cannot be exceeded unless we give approval in writing and you will be liable for any extra cost of whatsoever nature incurred because of an unauthorised extension.
We reserve the right to allow the Estate Managers or ourselves reasonable access to the property.

7. ROSERROW
There are a number of regulations governing the use of the facilities on Roserrow to ensure everyone enjoys them in safety. These include hours of use and the supervision of children. These must be obeyed by everyone in your party at all times.

8. COMPLAINTS
In the event of any complaint, you must immediately notify the Estate Managers. If satisfaction is still not obtained, the matter should be reported to us so that an on-the-spot investigation can be made during the tenancy. In no circumstances will compensation be paid or correspondence be entered into in connection with complaints raised after the property has been vacated.

· If there shall be a breach of any of these conditions we, or the Estate Managers, may re-enter the property and terminate the tenancy.
· The person who signs the Booking Form or, in the case of a Booking Form submitted via our website, the person named as the Client certifies that he or she is authorised to agree to the Conditions of Booking on behalf of all persons included on the Booking Form, including those substituted or added at a later date. The signatory and/or the Client must be a member of the party occupying the property.
· In case of any discrepancies between these Booking Conditions and the other contents of our website, these conditions shall prevail.
