Each apartment is fitted to an exceptionally high standard with a very comfortable pocket-sprung super king size bed or as 2 single beds; there are 2 leather sofas which can also convert to 2 sofa beds (again these are very comfortable and not the usual fold-out type). All mod-cons are available including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, fan oven and microwave. Granite work-tops complete the luxury feel of the kitchen area. In the living area there is digital TV, broadband internet access, CD player, leather sofas and dining table and chairs. The ensuite bathroom is tiled in Italian limestone and is complete with shower over bath. The apartments have under floor heating throughout.

Outside, enjoy the stunning coastal views from your private terrace. A gas barbecue, table and chairs are provided for your enjoyment.

Heating, bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are included in the price of your holiday.

The apartments are ideal for couples, families or golfing friends as they can be rented together and linked by an internal door, or separately when the sound proofed link doors are locked.

Consider teeing off on a par 72, 18 hole golf course in beautiful north Cornwall, incorporating a wooded valley with a stream and views towards Polzeath beach. The holes are named after ancient field titles, Cornish landmarks and local features. You will come across Bee Park, meander through Goosey Meadow and discover Shilla Mill, an enchanting par 3 set in a deep glade of beech trees.
